Ask a question or share a repair

Choose a category, identify the item and describe the problem. Add one to four of your own photos. If the repair is complete, explain the cause, your approach and the result.

The community replies

Others can offer advice, ask for details or share a similar experience. The author can mark the problem as solved and select the reply that helped.

A nickname, no account

Manage your posts in the browser or app installation where you created them. After posting on the web or in the app, save your private link: it lets you remove that post from another device, even after clearing browser data. No email or phone is required. Do not share the link publicly. If you lose both the link and the original access, request removal at podpora@opravy.app and include the public post link.

Photos carry the Opravy.app mark

We resize photos, convert them to JPG, remove metadata and add an Opravy.app watermark. Do not share other people’s faces, addresses, serial numbers or content you do not have permission to share.

Solved does not mean professionally verified

Posts reflect their authors’ experiences. A solution may not apply to another model. Positive and negative votes are available in the app, for up to 10 different posts per day per installation.
